Preparation Process:
→The product is cut from a flat plate using our micron-precision laser cutting machine in our workshop.
→Each piece is then folded by hand.
→Every fold is individually secured using a pneumatic riveting machine.
→Finally, it undergoes an eco-friendly electrostatic powder coating process at 356 °F (180 °C).
→Your ready-to-use order is wrapped in stretch film for protection. It is placed in a custom thick cardboard box to prevent damage during shipping and supported with shock-absorbing styrofoam.
