HIPICON RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

If your purchase has not met your expectations or if you receive a faulty item, you may return them within 14 days of receiving the items for a refund.

Conditions to Complete a Return

For most products purchased online, you have the legal right to change your mind and request a refund within 14 days. Once the item(s) have been returned to the seller from whom the item(s) were purchased via Hipicon (“Seller”), a refund will be processed. The return cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of the item(s) to the Seller unless the order is cancelled before the Seller dispatches the item(s) to you.

How do I return my item?

To successfully process a return, please ensure the following:

Simply go to "My Orders" section in your account and click "Create Return" for the item(s) you wish to return. This will automatically generate a return label through the integrated system with our designated courier, DPD Group (“DPD”).
Return the item(s) to the Seller using DPD and attaching the specific return label provided. For drop-off service, show your digital label on your mobile device at the DPD location, where it will be scanned, and a barcode applied to your parcel. For collection service, print and attach the label to your parcel before pickup, as a printer is required for this service. You can find the return label whenever you need it in the returns section of your account.

How should I package my item for return?

The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, and with all labels intact.
If the original packaging is no longer available, you may return your item in alternative secure packaging.
Please ensure that the package is properly sealed to prevent loss or damage in shipping. For fragile or breakable items, you are responsible for using the appropriate protective materials (such as styrofoam, bubble wrap, or boxes) to prevent damage during return transit. Any damage occurring during shipping will be your responsibility.
Use the DPD return label to complete your return delivery.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery or from the date the item became available for collection at your nominated store or collection point to return the product for a refund.

You have to return the product at your own cost, unless we offer free returns at the time of purchase. If you initiate a return within the specified timeframe but are unable to return the product due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us. Refunds in such cases will be issued at Hipicon’s discretion.

Responsibility for Returned Items

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach the Seller, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

Please retain proof of postage or a receipt from the delivery service, confirming the date the item was sent. Without this proof, we may not be able to process your refund if the Seller does not receive the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items cannot be returned:

products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;
goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised; and
goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received by the relevant Seller, or you provide proof of its dispatch, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and usually take up to 7 business days to appear in your account once processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund after the expected processing time, please contact us.

For gift returns, the type of refund or credit depends on how the gift was purchased and returned. If the return conditions are not met, the item will be shipped back to your address free of charge.

Exchanging Items

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can request a gift coupon equal to the value of the returned item, which can be used to purchase another product. For more details, please contact us at hello@hipicon.com.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. To initiate a return, visit the “My Orders” page and select "Damaged" as the return reason. Alternatively, email us at hello@hipicon.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we will assist you with a free return.

Faulty and Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or an item you did not order, you may return it at no additional cost. Please return the faulty item as soon as possible and select "Faulty/Broken" as the return reason.
