Preparation Process of Your Order:
→Product cutting is performed from a flat plate in our workshop using our laser cutting machine capable of micron precision.
→Each piece is then manually folded.
→Every fold is individually fixed using a pneumatic riveting machine.
→Finally, it undergoes an environmentally friendly electrostatic powder coating process at 356 °F (180 °C).
→Your ready-to-use order is wrapped in stretch film for protection. To prevent damage during shipping, it is placed in a custom thick cardboard box with impact-absorbing styrofoam placed around it.
