Istanbul-based artist Günseli Sepici is a graduate of the Galatasaray University's Communication and Cinema Department. After her graduation, she spent a few years working as a graphic designer and videographer. In 2015, she started to work as a freelance illustrator with various brands and magazines, focusing on drawing, a passion that had always been in her life. Since then, she has been working as a designer for the brand Leather & Paper and continues her personal projects. Günseli Sepici's storytelling illustrations carry the traces of visual art disciplines such as cinema, animation and comics. In her works, she includes relatable memories, places, and characters that evoke emotion.
