Artemide Sintesi Desktop Lighting

Introduced in 1975 and bearing the signature of Ernesto Gismondi, Sintesi is the first lighting product designed by the founder of Artemide. Designed as a smart system, Sintesi forms the basis of a wide product family with its modular structure consisting of common and simple components. The table version, which is reproduced today, is the starting point of this system. The lamp, which stands out with its minimal design, has a flexible structure that can be adjusted in height and angle. In its body, which consists of bent metal elements, two C-forms of different lengths combine to form a Y-shaped load-bearing structure. Thanks to this structure, the lamp gains inclination with a simple on-off movement. The light source is positioned in a frame with a lamp holder type E27; This provides flexibility in the long run to use with different bulbs. The same frame also carries the reflector and protective grille. Sintesi's foldable structure offers the advantage of compact packaging and easy transportation.
