• Use on low heat.
• Prefer wooden, plastic, or silicone spoons/spatulas during cooking.
• Not suitable for food storage; should only be used for cooking and serving.

First Use:

• Pour a cup of milk into the product and heat over medium heat.
• Remove from the stove as soon as the milk starts to boil and let it cool.
• Clean the interior using the cooled milk as a detergent-water mixture, then rinse with lukewarm water.
• Repeat the process with a mixture of lukewarm water and mild detergent.
• Dry immediately with a soft, dry cotton cloth.
