How to Use?

Add 3 tablespoons (about 30 g) of the powder mixture to 200 ml of water or any milk and mix.

Consume cold

Alternative Method: You can mix it with less water or milk and get a thicker mixture. This way you can use it as a base for granola bowls. If you freeze it in ice cream containers, you can get protein ice creams. If you want to increase the consistency and flavor, you can blend it with a banana. (Frozen banana will help increase the consistency more)
