Recommended use:

For best results, brush your teeth three times a day for two minutes using the SWISSDENT PROFI toothbrush. To accelerate the whitening effect, spray SWISSDENT EXTREME Mouth Spray onto the toothpaste before brushing. Do not rinse with water.
