Form No3 Multi-Purpose Ceramic Object

Form No3 was designed as a multi-purpose ceramic form that lives with different objects in daily life, not limited to a specific intended use. It can be an object, a jewelry holder, an incense burner, or a serving piece used for small presentations. Its way of use can change over time; it gains meaning together with the area it is located in and the objects placed in it.

With its soft lines and balanced volume, it carries both a functional and a sculptural stance. Instead of just carrying the objects placed inside, it turns into a form that makes them visible and creates a calm focus on the surface it is on. It creates a natural space for jewelry, palo santo, small daily objects, or small servings prepared to be shared.

It was thought not only as a form used on surfaces but also as a form that could turn into a part of the space by being hung on the wall. Depending on the area where it is used, it sometimes exists like a functional object and sometimes like a quiet wall piece. Thus, Form No3 turns into a living form that changes with the space it is in, transitioning between use and display.

In the design of Form No3, the relationship it establishes with objects is in the foreground rather than a single definition of use. It was thought of as an object that exists on its own when empty and turns into a part of the ritual when used. A calm and timeless form that adapts to a different composition in each use and carries a personal trace over time.
