Handmade Flower Patterned Stoneware Mug

Combining a natural stoneware surface with elegant botanical drawings, this handmade mug is surrounded by flower, leaf, and drop forms individually carved onto the surface using the sgraffito technique.

While the patterns continue on one side of the mug, the other side features the message “Where Hope Blooms”. The natural and calm color palette, combined with the speckled texture of the stoneware clay, gives the mug a rustic, organic, and botanical character.

After the patterns were carved using the sgraffito technique, the product was finished with a transparent glaze and double-fired during the production process. Due to the nature of handmade production and the carving technique, slight variations in lines, surface, and form are part of each piece's unique character.
