A project where Sucafina provides support to small Ethiopian producers from coffee cultivation to harvest, processing to sales. Nare Ware is also part of this project. He also has a competition history: he came fourth in the 2021 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence competition with 90.20 points.

Tasting Profile

The aroma that fills the room the moment you open the package resembles a late summer garden rather than coffee. At the first sip, the lively, fresh character of citrus fruits greets you, immediately followed by a juicy peach sweetness that wraps around and calms the palate. As the coffee cools, the tartness of blueberry steps onto the stage; at the finish, floral flavors reminiscent of jasmine disappear elegantly.
