Golden Rule: Dilution: Essential oils are highly concentrated. It should never be applied undiluted on large skin surfaces. It should always be diluted with a carrier (fixed) oil such as Sweet Almond, Jojoba, Coconut or Avocado oil before applying to the skin. This not only prevents irritation of the skin, but also allows the essential oil to be better absorbed by spreading it over a larger area.
Replenishing Night Serum: Add 2 drops of Sandalwood oil to 10 ml Rosehip Seed Oil, mix and apply to your cleansed face at night.
Purifying Clay Mask: Mix 1 tablespoon of bentonite clay with enough water to make a paste. Add 2 drops of Sandalwood oil to it and apply it on your face. After drying, rinse with warm water.
Revitalizing Facial Massage Oil: Add 4 drops of Sandalwood oil and 3 drops of Chamomile oil to 20 ml of Apricot Kernel Oil and gently massage your skin.
