NYC is a handcrafted ceramic table lamp inspired by city life and memories shared by the window.
The ceramic body is hand-formed using the traditional coiling technique. The scenes and patterns on its surface are individually hand-drawn with chalk-textured illustrations. The composition, featuring a building facade, windows, and two figures, reflects a quiet and intimate moment shared within the bustling city life. In this sense, NYC is not just a lighting object, but a decorative piece with a story.
While the opal glass sphere diffuses light in a soft and warm manner, the red detailing adds a vibrant and characteristic touch to the design. NYC can be used as both functional lighting and a striking decorative object on a nightstand, side table, console, shelf, or desk.
