Scarp Hand-Carved Kurinuki Espresso Cup

Scarp is a Kurinuki-style espresso cup, entirely hand-sculpted, standing out with its natural earth tones and sculptural surface.

Deep, diagonal carving marks on the outer surface give the cup a powerful character reminiscent of rocky terrains. The raw-looking texture creates a natural contrast with the dark gray-green glaze on the interior.

With a 120 ml capacity, it is suitable for espresso, double espresso, and small-portion coffee servings. Its unique form, which looks different from every angle, makes Scarp not just a coffee cup but a distinctive design object.

In the Kurinuki technique, the form is shaped by carving out a solid clay mass, making every piece's shape and surface texture unique.
