General Usage:

• Use at low heat.
• Prefer wooden, plastic, or silicone spoons/spatulas during cooking.
• Not suitable for food storage; should only be used for cooking and serving.
• Salt, high temperatures, and acidic foods may cause stains or color changes on the copper surface; this is a natural and harmless process.

First Use:

• Put a cup of milk in the product and heat it over medium heat.
• Remove from heat as soon as the milk starts to boil, wait for it to cool.
• Use the cooled milk like a detergent-water mixture to clean the inside of the product, rinse with lukewarm water.
• Repeat the same process this time with a mixture of lukewarm water and gentle detergent.
• Dry immediately with a soft, dry cotton cloth.
