Order Preparation Process:
→In our workshop, the product is cut from a flat sheet using our laser cutting machine capable of micron precision.
→Then, each piece is hand-folded.
→Each fold is individually fixed with a pneumatic riveting machine.
→Finally, it undergoes an environmentally friendly electrostatic powder coating process at 356 °F (180 °C).
→Your ready-to-use order is wrapped in stretch film for protection. To prevent damage during shipping, it is placed in a custom thick cardboard box with impact-absorbing styrofoam around it.
