Production Process:
→ Products are cut from flat plates using high-precision laser cutting machines in our workshop.
→ Each piece is then folded by hand.
→ Every fold is individually secured using a pneumatic riveting machine.
→ Finally, the piece undergoes an eco-friendly electrostatic powder coating process at 356 °F (180 °C).
→ Your order is wrapped in stretch film for protection and placed in a custom-made thick cardboard box with impact-absorbing Styrofoam for safe shipping.
