Production Process:
→ The product is laser-cut from flat sheets at our workshop using high-precision micron-cutting machinery.
→ Each piece is then hand-folded with care.
→ Every fold is individually secured using a pneumatic riveting machine.
→ Finally, it undergoes an eco-friendly electrostatic powder coating process at 356 °F (180 °C).
→ Your ready-to-use order is wrapped in stretch film for protection, placed in a product-specific thick cardboard box, and secured with shock-absorbing styrofoam for safe shipping.
