Order Preparation Process:
→ The product is cut from a flat plate using a laser cutting machine capable of micron precision in our workshop.
→ Each piece is then folded by hand.
→ Every fold is individually secured using a pneumatic riveting machine.
→ Finally, it undergoes an environmentally friendly electrostatic powder coating process at 356 °F (180 °C).
→ Your ready-to-use order is wrapped in stretch film for protection, placed in a custom thick box to prevent damage during shipping, and secured with impact-absorbing styrofoam.
