Cold Pressed Olive Oil (kaz Mountains)

This special olive oil is obtained from Trilye type olives grown in the fertile lands of Ayvalık, especially in Kerem Köy on the foothills of Kozak Plateau and in the Altınoluk region of Kaz Mountains. The Ayvalık region is world-famous for its olive oil production and offers very high quality and aromatic oils thanks to the unique climate and soil structure of the region. Trilye olives have a high oil content with small seeds and fleshy structure, offering a characteristic fruity and slightly spicy flavor profile.
In our production process, we carefully collect the olives grown in our own gardens and process them by cold pressing method at 23°C. Cold pressing preserves the nutritional values, aromatic properties and antioxidant capacity of olives, allowing us to obtain the most natural and healthy oil. This method is especially preferred for the production of quality olive oils with low acidity (0.7 knee). Its low acidity ensures the freshness and long shelf life of olive oil.
With its 100% pure olive oil content, this special production, which does not contain any additives or refining processes, prioritizes naturalness and taste. The olive oil obtained offers excellent use in dishes both raw and cooked with its fruity flavor profile, light spicy touches and balanced structure. When consumed plain in salads, appetizers or with bread, it has an aroma that makes you feel its naturalness and quality in the best way.
