The steel table frame was found abandoned in a corner of our workshop, its original industrial finish left untouched and preserved with a matte varnish to prevent rust.
The lower shelf, made from perforated metal, is a salvaged piece from blacksmith manufacturing scrap, securely welded to the steel frame.
The top surface is crafted from solid wood reclaimed from vintage pallets. We applied the traditional Japanese Shou Sugi Ban (charring) technique, then stained and finished it with a matte varnish to stabilize its unique texture and color. Upon request, a high-gloss yacht varnish can be applied instead.
