Vintage rug has produced in Anatolian tribes between 1940s to late 1970s and these villages are located in mainly Western Anatolia. It has been mostly weaved by two women from one side to another. Their superior wool quality has been even more visible after the sheering and bleaching technique by the sun. These are actually thick carpets but after the sheering and the bleaching it became an exceptional home decor pieces. These modernized Turkish rugs are the main trend rugs nowadays to combine interior furnishing especially bohemian, rustic and unique decorated houses and areas.
