Production Process:
→ The product is cut from a flat plate using a laser cutting machine capable of micron precision in our workshop.
→ Each piece is then hand-folded.
→ Every fold is individually secured using a pneumatic riveting machine.
→ Finally, it undergoes an environmentally friendly electrostatic powder coating process at 356 °F (180 °C).
→ Your ready-to-use order is wrapped in stretch film for protection. It is placed in a custom thick cardboard box to prevent damage during shipping and supported by impact-absorbing styrofoam.
