Production Process:
- Each product is cut from flat sheets using a high-precision laser cutting machine in our workshop.
- Each piece is then hand-folded.
- Each fold is secured one by one using a pneumatic riveting machine.
- Finally, it undergoes an eco-friendly electrostatic powder coating process at 180°C (356°F).
- Your ready-to-use order is wrapped in stretch film for protection and placed in a custom-made thick cardboard box with shock-absorbing styrofoam for safe delivery.
