• Baroque Pearl and 6-7 mm dent and 5*3 barley cultured pearls. Gold-plated

• steel and/or brass apparatus is used. 

Our products are produced in limited numbers by hand. Since the materials we use in our designs are natural stones, they may differ in color, size and shape with the products in the image.

Use and Care Recommendation

Natural stones are stones that are formed naturally and obtained from nature. Our product, which consists of special natural stones, requires careful care. It should not come into contact with alcohol (perfume, cologne, cream, etc.), any substance containing chemicals and water.  If you are using cosmetic products, you must have finished your preparation and your skin should be dry before putting on your accessory.

When there is a need for cleaning, it should be gently wiped with a clean, dry and soft cloth. Cloths with abrasive surfaces should not be used. We recommend that it be wiped off after each use.

When not in use, it should be stored away from heat and moisture.

Natural Stone Guarantee

Premium quality natural stones are used in our products and the originality of our stones is under the guarantee of Theia GemWorks.  In this context, you must submit your invoice. 

Usage errors, repairs and changes made outside of Theia GemWorks are not within the scope of natural changes that occur due to the structure of natural stone.

Repair Warranty:

products you purchase are under the guarantee of Theia GemWorks repair indefinitely, at the expense of our customers.

Cargo

Your orders are delivered to cargo within 2 to 4 business days after approval. 

Returns

product(s) you have purchased; You can get it within 14 days from the date of delivery of your cargo to you. For purchases of more than one product, only one is free of charge if the products are shipped separately.

The products must be returned unused and complete in the packaging as received by our customer. If the product(s) are not properly packaged and damaged in the cargo, they will not be accepted.

Exchanges and returns of products that have been labeled and/or used for personal health and hygiene reasons are not accepted.

It is not accepted when there is loss of originality, modification, wear, damage or deficiency in the products.

It is not accepted for products that are produced or modified by the special request of our customers.

In cases where the conditions are not suitable, the product is sent back to your address.
