The name of the Chasen stand is "kusenaoshi" in Japanese. Its Turkish equivalent can be used as chasen shaper or chasen stand. What does Kusenaoshi do? Retains the form of the chasen: When the chasen's bamboo teeth begin to dry out after use, they may curl inward or become distorted. Placing it on the kusenaoshi prevents this deformation. Provides hygienic drying: It helps the beater's bamboo fibers to dry naturally, as it allows air to circulate.
