1- Place the body on a flat and clean surface. Firmly stick the locking lever to the floor by pushing it forward until it stops. If it needs to be placed more firmly or if the floor is rough, you can mount the tool to your workbench using the table clamp.
2- Push the clamping channel through the channel of the body until you hear a clicking sound and put it in place.
3- Slide the gear grinder through the clamping channel and fit it into the hole in the body.
4- Rotate the strainer cap until it engages in the end of the crimp channel.
5- Place the handle on the body.
6- Place the liquid container and pulp container directly under the strainer lid as shown in the diagram.
7- You can now populate the tool. Please note the following:
7.1 If you are pressing hard and large fruit or vegetables, fill only one container. First of all, cut them all into thin slices and fill the chamber with the thin sides first. Put the slices one at a time to avoid jamming; After the first slice enters the gear grinder circle, fill the other slices.
7.2 If you are squeezing soft fruits or vegetables such as grapes, raspberries, blackberries, you can fill and use both squeeze channels. To avoid jamming, we recommend that you do not fill more than 3/4.
8- Turn the handle clockwise slowly but steadily. The squeezed water will flow directly into the liquid container through the liquid strainer. The pulp will be pushed into the pulp container through the pulp outlet in front of the tool.
8.1 During the tightening process, slowly fill the clamping channel. Overfilling and pushing can damage the tool, or if you are squeezing hard fruits/vegetables, it can cause clogging.
8.2 The gear grinder is designed to draw the food to be squeezed into the channel by turning the handle. NEVER push with your hand to help food get into the canal. Use the pusher attachment designed for this purpose.
8.3 If you feel difficulty turning the handle, or if there is food in the channel but no water comes out anymore, turn the handle counterclockwise a little. Then you will take care of the blockage by turning it clockwise again.
8.4 Never use too much force.
9- Remove the clamping channel by pressing the lock button. The tool can now be disassembled for easy washing. Clean the body with a damp soft cloth. All remaining parts can be washed in the upper basket of the dishwasher.
