Handmade Kurinuki Indigo Espresso Cup

Indigo is an espresso cup entirely hand-carved using the Kurinuki technique, distinguished by its natural texture and deep blue glaze transitions.

The distinct carving marks on the exterior reveal the natural character of the clay, while the blue glaze on the upper section creates a rich appearance that shifts between navy and turquoise tones in different lighting. The slightly wavy rim and surface details that change from every angle give Indigo a sculptural character.

With a 95 ml capacity, it is ideal for espresso and small coffee servings. This special cup, combining natural earth texture with glossy glaze, adds a unique touch to the daily coffee ritual.

Since the clay mass is hand-carved in the Kurinuki technique, the form and surface texture of each piece are unique.
