• Dardanos Fine Foods' olive oils have an acidity value of 0.5. -The squeezing process is carried out at a maximum of 25 °C.

• Our oils are obtained from early harvest green olives by cold pressing method.

• The prepared products are stored at 18°C - 20°C in a specially air-conditioned warehouse.

• The harvested olives are sent to the pressing process within 8-10 hours.

• The sharp fruitiness, pungency, and bitterness from green olives are intensely felt.

• Olive oil can freeze, olive oil quality does not change when thawed.
