Hand Casting and Forging Nature of the Product:
- Our products are molded in the 100-year-old workshop, which has been handed down from master to master, in the furnace and casting molds inherited from the ancestors, completely by hand with the sand casting method, with intensive labor. 

- A quality brass ingots, which are melted in an oven heated up to 1100 degrees, are poured into sand molds when they become liquid. When the molds left to cool are opened, the first raw products are reached. 
  
- After the rough sanding process, the products that pass the quality control are taken to the fine sanding process. 

- Scotch treatment is also applied for a matte appearance. 

- For the preference of tattoo appearance, the products are carefully and meticulously forged by our competent tattoo master with 60 years of experience, using different methods in accordance with the form of each product.

- For the Gold & Dark appearance, our products that come out of fine sandpaper are polished on the outer surfaces. On the inside, a dark appearance is also provided by the oxidation process.

Since our products are completely handmade and produced by traditional methods, the traces that can be seen on the surfaces, even if they are small, are not a mistake. It is due to the nature of the material.

material, darkening may occur on the surfaces of brass products depending on use. You can clean it with polishers or with a Skotch cloth.
