Product Story
Our olive groves are located in the North Aegean region with High Oxygen level and a
magnificent climate. Our family grows 100-year-old olive trees of the "Edremit" specie,
which has a rare biological diversity, by use of old natural methods only. Olive harvest made
by traditional methods of our family has become a ritual, a festival! Olives are taken directly
from the olive groves to the olive press and processed.
Celal Volkan Pekcan Olive Oil is a first class product produced at superior standards. Our
family carries out each processing stage with its own traditional methods! Therefore,
naturally, the volume of production is limited. The result is a natural olive oil with very low
level of acidity and gold color, rich in aroma, fruity but very pleasant in taste, which is bottled
with our family-specific methods to preserve its nutritious and antioxidant properties.
