Wearable Design Object
A simple shirt becomes something entirely different when a small stoneware face is added to its collar. NO.104 exists for this relationship: it adds character to a garment without changing it. It sits on top of an existing button and stays there all day long. Since each is made individually by hand, no two are ever the same. He is distinguished by his upward-curling, bushy mustache.
Does Not Pierce Fabric
Most accessories attach to clothing with a needle, leaving marks. NO.104, however, slides over the existing button. It does not pierce the fabric. Attaching and removing it takes only a few seconds.
You don't wear something new. You transform the shirt you're already wearing.
How to Use
Simply slide the piece over the existing button on your shirt. You can use it on the collar button, along the front placket, or on the cuff. It attaches with a single motion; if you wish, you can remove it and attach it to another shirt. You can see its use at the collar level in the photograph.
How It’s Made
NO.104 is a hand-sculpted stoneware piece. Every character is reshaped by hand, so no face is ever exactly repeated. The most distinctive detail of this character is his upward-curling mustache. Each face takes its place in the series with its own number. The back features the brand's signature red dot. This dot is not an ornament; it is the brand's silent signature.
Material
Stoneware is a durable ceramic fired at high temperatures. Its matte surface reflects light softly.
