Beeswax, an important gift used for lighting before the invention of electricity, was presented to the Topkapı Palace of the Ottoman Empire by the people of the Storm Valley. The flames of beeswax torches illuminated the corridors, and for centuries the palace witnessed love, sovereignty, wars, peace, and solidarity. Stories illuminate designs, and designers are inspired by light. Waxy Design Studio brings together passionate designers to illuminate the corridors of the world with stories.
