We harvest our olives from our only orchard in Karacaağaç, İzmir, at the right time and with the utmost care. Our early-harvested products are processed using the cold-pressing method on the same day. This ensures that our extra virgin olive oil retains its pure and natural form with its intense aroma, balanced character, and low acidity. For us, olive oil is not just a product, but a legacy. We combine this legacy from the past with modern production methods and hygiene standards to bring it to your tables.
