Çatı Katı is an independent workshop and creative production platform focused on art, design, and craftsmanship. Since 2018, the brand has been creating handmade notebooks, artist journals, and creative tools with an approach that values the production process itself. Each Çatı Katı piece is carefully handcrafted in our studio using thoughtfully selected materials, traditional bookbinding techniques, and a contemporary design perspective. We see notebooks not only as functional objects, but as personal spaces where ideas, drawings, and creative processes leave their marks. Interested in artist books, printed publications, and alternative production practices, Çatı Katı aims to bring together creators and diverse artistic perspectives from different disciplines. Through workshops, exhibitions, and collaborative projects with local artists, the brand supports independent production culture and creative exchange.
