The Story of an Asuman Touch to Chocolate! Maybe our lands are not famous for cocoa cultivation, but as Asuman, we have made it our mission to bring chocolate together with the flavors of Anatolia and introduce it to the world. Inspired by these lands, which are the lands of nuts and fruits that go best with chocolate, we have added many gourmet flavors to our menu.
Our story began on February 14, 2012, in a small shop of only 13 square meters in Kadıköy Moda, when our founder Yılmaz Cihan left his corporate life and went to Belgium for a 3-month chocolate training. Now, our team and corporate customers have exceeded hundreds. In our journey that we started under the name of “Chocolate Shop”, our first dessert, "Asuman", was loved so much! The Asuman brand built itself and our brand was born!
