MEYZ Togo Armchair takes the iconic Togo form designed by Michel Ducaroy in 1973 and rebuilds it in accordance with today's usage expectations. While the free, low-to-the-ground, and body-hugging character of the original design is preserved, its internal structure has been reinforced for durability and longevity.
This is not just a design reference; it is an optimized version for modern living.
EVOLUTION OF DESIGN
Same Form, Stronger Infrastructure
While the original Togo design offers a completely skeletonless structure, the MEYZ version is produced with a supported internal structure to prevent loss of form in daily use and extend product life.
As a result:
- Form does not collapse over time
- Seating balance is maintained
- The same comfort feeling continues for many years
In short: Aesthetics remain the same, performance rises.
