Usage and Care Recommendation

Natural stones are stones that are formed naturally and obtained from nature. Our product, which consists of special natural stones, requires careful care. It should not come into contact with alcohol (perfume, cologne, cream, etc.), any substance containing chemicals and water.  If you are using cosmetic products, you must have finished your preparation and your skin should be dry before putting on your accessory.

When cleaning is needed, it should be gently wiped with a clean, dry and soft cloth. Cloths with an abrasive surface should not be used. We recommend wiping it after each use.

When not in use, it should be stored away from heat and moisture.

Natural Stone Guarantee 

Premium quality original natural stones are used in our products and the originality of our stones is under the guarantee of THEIA GemWorks.  Within the scope of this warranty, you must present your invoice. 

Usage errors, repairs and changes made outside of THEIA GemWorks, natural changes caused by the structure of the natural stone are not covered by the warranty.

Repair Guarantee The

products you purchase are under an indefinite THEIA GemWorks repair warranty, with shipping shipping costs at the expense of our customers.

Shipping

Your orders are delivered to cargo within 2 to 4 business days after approval. 

Return

product(s) you have purchased can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of your cargo to you. For more than one product purchase, only one shipping is free if the products are shipped separately for return. Products must be returned in their original packaging as they were received by our customer.

Returns will not be accepted if the returned product(s) are not properly packaged and damaged during shipping. 

Exchanges and returns of products whose labels have been removed and/or used for personal health and hygiene reasons are not accepted. 

Returns are not accepted if the products are lost original, modified, worn, damaged or missing. Returns are not accepted for products produced or modified at the special request of our customers. In cases that do not comply with the return conditions, the product will be sent back to your address.
