Kardia Olive Oil

Kardia is a family brand founded on the knowledge and experience that my mother and father—both agricultural engineers—have gained over the years. This journey, which began about 5–6 years ago in our own olive grove, turned into a professional business this year with my involvement. While my father oversees the entire production process with his expertise, I am responsible for sales and marketing. Kardia is an organic, early harvest, cold-pressed olive oil made from Memecik olives, a variety native to Aydın and protected by a European Union geographical indication. We produce with respect for both nature and labor, bringing authentic and high-quality olive oil to the table.
