I want to return the product I bought. What should I do?

If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you can return them within 14 days and get a refund. To start the return process, simply go to the "My Orders" page and click the "Create Return" button for your product. You can return your product for free from any Yurtiçi Cargo branch with the "Domestic Cargo return code" to be created from the system.

Important Information
  • The products you want to return must be packaged securely in their original packaging, undamaged, with the tags removed and unused.
  • In the return shipment of breakable products, you must protect the products with the protective materials (styrofoam, bubble wrap, box) that came to you in the same way. Therefore, the responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipping belongs to the customer.
  • In the return of products with hygiene sensitivity such as underwear, swimsuit-bikini, yoga mat, cosmetics, socks, the products must be unused, the protective tapes and labels must not be removed.
  • After the compliance of your product with the return conditions is checked by us, the status of the return process is communicated to you by email. The amount will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days from the confirmation message sent to your email.
  • If it does not comply with the return conditions; the relevant product will be returned to your address by cargo free of charge.
  • If your cart total is below 750TL after the return process, a shipping fee of 49.90TL will be charged to you.
I want to exchange the products I bought. What should I do?

The product you purchased cannot be exchanged directly. However, you can purchase the product you want without making a payment again by using the gift coupon you will request by using the return right of the product you purchased. The product I bought turned out to be damaged / defective. What should I do?

If the product you received is damaged, you can return it within 14 days with a cargo damage report and get your payment back. You can create a return code from the "My Orders" page and send your package for free for the return process.
