(Kasumi) means "fog" or "haze" in Japanese. It refers to the soft, graceful mist that envelops the earth, especially in the early morning. This name is very compatible with color transitions: like the transparent meeting of light blue, pink, lavender and purple. Inspired by the early hours of the morning, I named this handmade matcha bowl "Kasumi". It means "morning mist" in Japanese. The soft blue and green transitions on the exterior are reminiscent of the sky that has just woken up to the day, while the purple tones on the inside carry the peaceful warmth of the sunrise. With its cast mouth design, it is both stylish and functional. While matcha provides ease of pouring while preparing, its form is designed to fit comfortably in your hand.
