Zen Olive

Zen Olive olive grove was established in 2004 in Yunuslar Village, Burhaniye, through the entrepreneurship of Ahmet Edip Önder. Our olive saplings, the Edremit (Ayvalık) olive oil variety, were planted in 2004. We practice good agricultural practices in our grove and do not apply pesticides to our trees. We harvest our olives just as they turn from green to purple and have them cold-pressed in a local, modern factory. We work diligently every year to bottle the yields we extract from our fertile soil and deliver only the essence of the olives to you. Our olive oil is always below 0.8% acidity and of the quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We do not produce any other quality olive oil; we produce only one.
