Returns & Exchanges

• As this bracelet is custom-made to your specific wrist measurement, it is considered a personalized item and is not eligible for return or exchange.

• For other non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition.

• For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned.
