Ricotta Baby, belonging to Atelier Emine's Crystal Gelato Couture series, Ricotta Baby is a timeless and refined mini bag design that is completely handcrafted by knitting 8 mm optical class crystal beads with high-strength fishing line.
A homogeneous surface texture was obtained by knitting the crystal beads one by one; the body was structured in a cylindrical form to create a balanced structure that can support itself. The crystal weave density supports the form integrity and aesthetic continuity of the bag.
The model features a crystal mesh shoulder strap that is integrated into the body. The fixed-length strap is optimized to provide a comfortable and stable carrying experience on the shoulder.
The lid in the upper section is designed by preserving the uninterrupted continuity of the crystal weave; an open-lid structure that closes with a natural weight balance without the use of a closing mechanism is preferred.
The internal structure of the body is reinforced with industrial supporting materials so that the crystal lattice can maintain long-term form stability.
