Nerûn Domat olives are sourced from a single orchard located in the North Aegean, opposite the Kaz Mountains. The region's prevailing winds, maritime influence, and surrounding almond trees create a strong terroir. The long-lived and robust-trunked Domat olive trees in the orchard clearly reflect the character of this geography. The olives are hand-picked early, cold-pressed at low temperatures on the same day, and the oil is bottled without filtration.

High fruitiness, notes of fresh grass and green almond, tomato stem and artichoke tones; medium bitterness and a short, mild burning sensation in the throat with a long finish.
