Stracci Balletto

The body structure was created by knitting crystal beads of different cuts and volumes one by one with high-strength fishing line; a three-dimensional texture was obtained that progresses along the surface with the principle of controlled irregularity. This technique gives the bag a vibrant yet natural refractive effect under light while offering a couture-level depth on the surface that breaks monotony.

Stracci's form language is based on the organic hobo silhouette, which gains volume in the lower base and tapers smoothly towards the upper axle. The body is structured in such a way that the fluid character of the crystal weave is emphasized, deliberately avoiding rigid geometries.

The upper carrying handle consists of dense crystalline mesh, designed in one piece with the body. The thickness-curve balance of the handle is positioned to keep the overall center of gravity of the bag stable while supporting the ergonomics of hand carrying. The metal rings used at the side attachment points are fixed with concealed anchors to distribute the payload evenly.

There is an adjustable lacing system in the upper section. This structure allows the internal volume to be closed in a controlled manner without using a mechanical lock or zipper and offers safe use without disrupting the soft form flow of the bag.

The interior structure was designed with a single-compartment compact volume approach; it was aimed to carry small personal belongings in a way that would not spoil the form. The inner layer of the body is supported with UV-resistant industrial epoxy to ensure the long-term form stability of the crystal mesh.

Sracci is one of the most characteristic and collectible pieces of the Crystal Gelato Couture series with its intense crystal workmanship, free-form aesthetics and experimental surface language.
