Coffee Manifesto

Coffee Manifesto is an Istanbul based coffee brand that roasts certain origin specialty coffee with a modern approach (slow roasting). Respectful to coffee and coffee farmers. Its aim,  to bring out all the aromas in coffee fruit in a right way combining with correct brewing techniques and correct coffee beans. You can call it third wave, we call it Coffee Manifesto.
