Shipping

Our products are sent by contracted cargo companies. During delivery, it is mandatory to check the products in the presence of the delivery person. In case of damage or defect, the product should not be received, the phrase "damaged/defective delivery" should be printed on the waybill and a report should be kept. Our company does not accept responsibility for products received without these procedures. Our company is not responsible for the damages reported later for the products that are received with a signed waybill and do not have a damage record on them.
