BalinMandalin was founded in order to offer colorful, fun and quality paper party products collection for children's birthdays, with local production and design. Named after Fazıl Hüsnü Dağlarca's children's book 'Whale and Tangerine (Balina ile Mandalina)’, BalinMandalin actually brings to life what is described in the book with its designs: 'Dreams and reality are close to each other.
