Since we purchase green seeds for the season, the content of this elite also changes several times a year. High quality and special cores are used for each change. The content of this season consists of the Finca Conception of Guatemala. Concepcion farm, where agricultural production has been going on since the beginning of 1890s, has devoted most of it to coffee production. Harvest starts in April of each year, the whole collection is done by hand. We recommend this coffee for both espresso and filter coffees; tropical fruit acidity, velvety taste left in the mouth and a dark chocolate finish.
